Rey Navarro, President and CEO
Florida Yachts International is fortunate to count on the leadership of Rey Navarro-a real yachtsman, not just a corporate figurehead.
Rey has been successfully involved in the yachting field for over 15 years, in both brokerage and new yacht sales, and he also has the unique distinction of being the #1 New Riviera Worldwide salesman during the time Florida Yachts was their dealer. Rey knows this business inside out: from brokerage, new yacht construction, maintenance, intricate negotiations, documentation, to closing and yacht delivery. He took the time to train his staff well, surrounding himself with the best in the field, thereby ensuring a dynamic organizational flow in the office. This has resulted in increased sales and exponential corporate growth for Florida Yachts International, all thanks to Rey’s vision and work ethic.
Elisabetta Pianta

Elisabetta Pianta has been involved in the yachting business for over 15 years; first as a professional Yacht Designer, holding positions at major yacht design firms including Ferretti Group in Italy, Luiz DeBasto Designs in Miami, and freelancing for several brands and boat manufacturers in Italy as well as in the USA. As part of her career trajectory, Elisabetta made significant contributions to the development of new boat models and she was also involved with the design of Yachts and Mega Yachts for the most important brands worldwide such as Trinity Yachts, Oceanco and Intermarine.
Her career includes experience as a sales manager for other yachting related companies, and Florida Yachts International is very proud to have such a highly qualified professional as part of our team. Elisabetta speaks Italian and looks forward to providing the ultimate customer service experience.

Jorge Corzo

A native of Miami, Jorge was born into a yachting family, and so it was only natural that his love of the sea turn into a career.
Jorge is a very knowledgeable broker, with over 10 years experience, and will put all of his efforts into assuring that any yachting transaction that you have with FYI is perfect; from helping you find the perfect vessel, through final delivery
Jonathan Eckardt

Jonathan Eckardt has been involved in the marine industry since he was a young boy. Raised in Miami by Colombian parents, Jonathan was always on a boat . After pursuing a career in aviation, Jonathan realized that his true calling was in the marine industry, helping quality buyers find the yacht of their dreams.
Jonathan started off his Yacht Brokerage career with Florida Yachts International, where he has turned into a true professional who works hard and excels by building long lasting business and personal relationships with all of his clients, providing excellent customer service, before and after the sale of each vessel.
Nicolas Guitard

With extensive hands-on boating experience in France, Italy, the Caribbean and Florida, Nicolas Guitard has more than 12 years of experience in Marketing and sales in the Yachting industry.
Nicolas is diligently developing our new product lines and international expansion in South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. He also holds a 200 Ton Captain license and is licensed as a Yacht salesperson after studying Yacht sales in Florida. Nicolas will always be at your disposal to assist with any yachting concern.

Arney Mendez

Arney utilizes his 10 years of success in the sales and finance fields to ensure that your experience with FYI is the best in the yachting field – he vows to work hard to help his customers obtain the maximum results during the transaction, and he prides himself on follow-up service. Arney is dedicated to his clients and will go the extra mile to get the deal done and have a satisfied and successful transaction for all involved.
Capt. Hiram Concepcion
Yachting SpecialistCapt. Hiram Concepcion is a valued member of the FYI Team. He has a full range of solid and professional experience acquired over 30 years - a licensed Yacht Captain and Broker, that enables him to assist in any yachting transaction. He also enjoys wordwide success as a sport fisherman, and has participated in and won numerous prestigious fishing tournaments, as well as Captained many winning teams all over the world.

Josh is a new broker to Florida Yachts but he is full of enthusiasm and eager to share his extensive yachting knowledge with any customer that needs his assistance.
Patty Zapater
Executive Manager, Latin American Division
Patty is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is an invaluable asset to FYI.Her responsibilities include facilitating any transactions concerning Latin America and thus she works closely with Ralph Navarro in developing and maintaining that market. Patty is also responsible for yacht closings, coordinating boat shows, and our Charter Division.
She has acquired an incredible knowledge of the nautical field, and is indispensible to the organizational and sales efforts of Florida Yachts.

Internet Marketing
Maria has over 25 years experience in international brokerage and new yacht sales. She now handles our internet marketing with the goal of positioning FYI as the major contender in the international yachting field with an emphasis on virtual marketing, SEO optimization, analytics and social media.
She speaks Italian.
Michelle Boyle
Executive Administrator, USA
As a native of Miami, FL, Michelle has been involved in boating all her life. Michelle joined Florida Yachts International in the fall of 2004. Throughout her years at Florida Yachts International Michelle has been able to learn multiple positions and various aspects of the Marine Industry. Her responsibilities now include assisting Buyers and Sellers in vessel closings, accounting and the general day-to-day tasks of the office. In her free time, Michelle is an extreme “DOLFAN” and faithfully follows her team.Priscilla Machado
Office Administration and Listings
Priscilla recently moved to Miami from New York. She has always loved the ocean, so for her joining FYI was the perfect fit. She is a welcome addition to the FYI staff, and her responsibility is to ensure our sales and marketing programs for each vessel are followed. As Listing Secretary, she works closely with the brokers to ensure prompt and accurate insertion of new listings into our marketing and sales forums, as well as she monitors all of the listing activity on a daily basis.LATIN AMERICA

A very experienced and successful Yacht Broker and Dealer for more than 25 years, Ralph has now turned his formidable focus toward developing the Latin American market where he is confident that he will surpass his previous achievements.
Ralph is directly responsible for the existing offices in Colombia, Venezuela, and Peru, as well as establishing new locations. He is always in the vanguard- anticipating new trends and market shifts, thereby ensuring that Florida Yachts International continues to be an industry leader, in an ever expanding global marketplace.

Administrador de Empresas con énfasis en Turismo de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda con altas cualidades y calidades humanas, tiene conocimientos en áreas de atención al cliente y mercadeo. En FYI se desempeña como asesor comercial y marketing logrando mostrar a la empresa como la más completa y competitiva del sector.

Paola Carlini European Sales Manager
Paola Carlini, comes from a strong yachting background, and her main office is located in Sardinia, Italy, the yachting capital of the elite. She also has prestigious branches in Genoa and Nice.
Paola is experienced in brokerage and new construction yacht sales; furthermore, dockage and maintenance is available at all her locations.
She participates in the major European Boat Shows: Genoa, Cannes, Monte Carlo, and Dusseldorf. And works closely with Maria Palacios in the European Division of Florida Yachts International. Paola speaks Italian and French.
