RALPH NAVARRO : Founder and CEO
Ralph Navarro is the proud founder of FYI – Florida Yachts International and he has been in the yachting industry for over 30 years.
Ralph, pioneer in the yachting industry, started his successful Company by opening Miami Yacht Sales (the predecessor to FYI) with enthusiasm and hard work in 1993 at Monty’s Marina in Coconut Grove, FL. Miami Yacht Sales grew quickly from a local family operation, and developed into what is today FYI. Ralph has been awarded and recognized by several Associations in South Florida as #1 Yacht Specialist and FYI just won another “Outstanding Sales Achievement” Award. _________________________________________________________________
Florida Yachts International is very lucky to count on the leadership of Rey Navarro, a real yachtsman. Rey has been successfully involved in the yachting field for over 20 years, in both brokerage and new yacht sales, and he also has the unique distinction of being the # 1 New Riviera Worldwide Salesman during the time Florida Yachts was their dealer. Rey knows this business: from brokerage, new yacht construction, maintenance, intricate negotiations, documentation, to closing and yacht delivery. He took the time to train his staff well, surrounding himself with the best in the field, thereby ensuring a dynamic organizational flow in the office. This has resulted in increased sales and exponential corporate growth. He is bilingual: English and Spanish.

ARNEY MENDEZ: Yacht Broker Arney Mendez is originally from Cuba and he has gladly joyned Florida Yachts International few months ago with a positive energy and great enthusiasm. His background is in the financial industry and that is definitely a strenght for his ability in dealing with clients and managing delicate transactions.
Arney is a licensed Yacht Broker and he will help you in any phase of your buying experience with his knowledge. Arney speaks fluently English and Spanish._

Capt. Hiram has an extensive experience in boating by being a captain all his life; his technical knowledge is quite impressive and his has been working with Florida Yachts International for several years now.
His background will help you to go through any sort of issue you might have with your vessel and his solid network in the industry will guide you to the best deal and the best Vessel for you! FYI is really lucky to have such an experienced person and the support of his knowledge during Boat Shows and Events. He is bilingual: English and Spanish.

Jonathan is born and raised in Miami; he graduate from Marine Mechanic Institute in Orlando. He is here because he wants “to help people to find his toys not to fix it “. He is a licensed Yacht Broker and thanks to his experience he is a great asset to FYI.
He has been passionate throughout his life about aviation and mechanics and he has an extensive knowledge in aviation. He has been working with FYI since 2008 and he is perfecty bilingual in English and Spanish. He travels often to South America, specially to Venezuela where he has established solid connections.

Originally from Miami, Jorge is part of the Florida Yachts International Staff for a long time, becoming an indispensable part of our Sales Department. Thanks to an extensive experience in the yachting industry, he will guide and help you in the path toward your dream boat. Jorge has been a great and valuable support for Florida Yachts International in numerous deals in South America, specially in Venezuela. He is perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish and he is the right person to represent you and your yacht!

Joshua is originally from Miami and he has joined Florida Yachts International only few months ago; with his background in financial, he will help you through a smooth negotiation with your current vessel or your next dream boat! NICOLAS GUITARD: Market Researcher and Analyst Originally from Bordeaux, France, Nicolas has been sailing all his life, in the Mediterranean as well as in the Caribbean.

JAIME MAUSSAN: Yachting SpecialistJaime is originally from Mexico and thanks to his extensive background and his professionalism, you can always count on him in order to find your dream boat allover the world.
Jaime has joined Florida Yachts International few months ago and he brought on board an incredible and solid network thanks to his past as a Trade Commissioner back in Dallas, TX. He fluently speaks English and Spanish.

Elisabetta has been involved in the yachting business for over 15 years; first as a professional Yacht Designer, holding positions at the major Yacht Design firms including Ferretti Group in Italy, and freelancing for several brands in Italy as well as in the USA.
As part of her career, she made significant contributions to the design of new Boat and Super Yacht models for the most important Brands worldwide.
Her career includes experience as a sales manager and she is also a journalist and USA corresponding for an Italian Yachting Magazine. FYI is very proud to have such a qualified professional as part of our team. Elisabetta speaks English and Italian.

MICHELLE BOYLE: Executive ManagerAs a native of Miami, FL, Michelle has been involved in boating all her life; she joined Florida Yachts International in the fall of 2004. Throughout her years at FYI, Michelle has been able to learn various aspects of the Marine Industry. Her responsibilities include assisting Buyers and Sellers in vessel closing, accounting and the general day-to-day tasks of the office. As part of her free time, she holds season tickets to her favorite football team the Miami Dolphins along with season tickets to the Florida Marlins as well as season seats at Homestead Miami Speedway. An avid sports fan, she regularly travels the Country to catch her Dolphins & Marlins play and has attended the Super Bowl yearly.

JUDITH CABRERA: Accounting Manager______________________________________________________________________________________________
Patricia is a graduateof the University of Colorado and she is an invaluable asset to Florida Yachts International; her responsabilities include facilitating and assisting our CEO Ralph Navarro so he can accomplish all his work in a timely and productive manner. She is also responsable for our Charter Division and Boat Shows. Patricia has acquired an incredible knowledge of the Nautical Industry, and she is indespensible to the organization and sales efforts of FYI. Patty speaks English and Spanish and she will assist you during boat shows and events.

Priscilla is an incredible asset to Florida Yachts International; she not only will welcome you to our office in Coconut Grove but she is also in charge of all our listings on several websites. She is the person who keeps us updated about the market, new listings and new boats and yachts available in order to give you the best deal ever and to advertise and post your vessel in the best possible way! She is originally from New York and she move to Miami only 2 years ago, bringing to the Company some of the Big Apple’s efficiency! She is perfectly bilingual and will help you at anytime!
